Services

Every engagement here starts from the same premise: your website is a working asset, not a brochure. It should load fast, rank for the searches your next client types, and never be held hostage by the vendor who built it. Here’s how I work on each of those problems.

The full rebuild

This is the flagship engagement. Your site is a decade old, built on a platform nobody maintains, and slower on a phone than your competitors’ sites are on a desk. I rebuild it on a modern WordPress stack — current theme architecture, performance tooling, schema markup, and content restructured around what your clients actually search for.

What makes my rebuilds different is what doesn’t get lost. Before a single page is built, I crawl and inventory every URL on your current site. Every page is accounted for: preserved, improved, or deliberately redirected. Your rankings are an asset the rebuild is designed to protect — the launch happens by DNS cutover, measured in seconds, with your old site live until the moment the new one takes over.

Typical scope: full site audit, URL-by-URL migration map, rebuilt page architecture, performance optimization to modern Core Web Vitals standards, schema markup, and launch with zero downtime.

The vendor escape

Some web vendors make leaving hard on purpose. They register your domain in their name, hold your hosting, control your analytics, and sometimes even own your Google Business Profile. When you ask for your own property, the relationship gets slow and expensive.

I’ve been the client in that exact situation, and I got out with everything — domain, content, rankings, analytics history. Now it’s a service. I inventory what’s yours, establish what the vendor actually controls, and sequence the exit so nothing breaks in transit: domain transferred or repointed, site rebuilt on hosting you own, email untangled, analytics and Search Console in your accounts, all before anyone flips a switch.

If your contract renews soon, timing matters — this is the engagement to start ninety days before that date, not after.

Local search visibility

Being a good firm and being findable are different problems. Local search runs on specifics: pages with real depth on each practice area, technical SEO that lets Google understand your site, schema markup that identifies who you are and where you practice, and a Google Business Profile treated as the storefront it is.

I build content strategies around the searches that produce clients — not vanity keywords. That means practice-area pages with genuine substance, location relevance done honestly, and the technical layer — titles, descriptions, internal linking, structured data — handled with the same rigor as the visible page.

Ongoing care

A website is a machine that decays without maintenance. Plugins age into security risks, performance erodes as content accumulates, rankings drift as competitors publish. A monthly care engagement keeps it tuned: updates applied and verified, backups confirmed, performance monitored, and a steady cadence of content and SEO improvements.

The difference from a typical maintenance plan: your questions get an attorney’s judgment, not a ticket queue. When you ask whether a page’s claims are appropriate, whether a review response creates a problem, or how to describe a practice area without overpromising — I know why you’re asking.

How every engagement runs

1

Audit

A full technical and competitive audit of your current site: every page, every ranking, every gap. You get the findings whether or not you hire me.

2

Plan

A fixed scope, a URL-by-URL migration map, and a timeline. No open-ended retainers for undefined work.

3

Build

Your current site stays live while the new one is built on a private staging URL you can review from any device.

4

Launch

DNS cutover measured in seconds, not days. Rankings preserved, redirects mapped, nothing lost.

Start with the audit.

Every engagement begins with a full technical and competitive audit of your current site — and the findings are yours whether or not we go further.
